Overview

This workflow hosts a short sign-up form with n8n. Each name and email is cleaned, so the email is lowercase and the first name is separated for greetings.

The person is added to your Mailchimp audience with a tag for the website. A welcome email goes out from Gmail, and the same details are logged in a Google Sheet so you have a copy outside Mailchimp.

How to use it

    Download the workflow JSON.

    In n8n, create a workflow, open the … menu, choose Import from File and select the JSON.

    Connect Mailchimp, Gmail and Google Sheets, and pick your audience and sheet.

    Open the Signup form node, copy the production URL and add it to your website.

  5. 5

    Submit a test sign-up with an address you own, then activate.

Is this n8n workflow free?

Yes. Download the JSON and import it into your own n8n. There is no sign-up and no cost.

Does it include any credentials?

No. The file has no keys or tokens. Connect your own Mailchimp, Gmail and Google Sheets accounts after importing.

Can I ask for more fields?

Yes. Add fields to the Signup form node, then map them on Clean details and Add to audience.
