Privacy policy

This policy explains what happens to your information when you visit WorkspaceTemplates.com (the "site"), which is run by WorkspaceTemplates ("we", "us"). The short version: we do not ask who you are, we only count visits in general terms, and we do not sell anything about you.

What we collect

• No accounts or forms. You can browse the site, download files and copy templates without signing up or telling us anything.
• Simple visit counts, no advertising. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how many people visit, which pages they read and how quickly pages load. A small Cloudflare script on each page measures this, and Cloudflare says the service does not collect or use visitors' personal data. The site does not load Google Analytics, ad networks, social media pixels or similar tools.
• Copy and download counts. When you copy or download a template, we add one to that template's count, with the action and the file type. The count does not include your IP address or anything else about you, and Cloudflare keeps it for about three months.
• No cookies of ours. Our pages do not set cookies or store anything in your browser. Search and filters on the templates page run in your browser and are only kept in the page address.
• No third-party fonts or embeds. Fonts and images are served from our own domain, so loading a page does not send your address to font or media services.
• A bot check when you get a template. Clicking a copy or download button loads Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person is asking rather than an automated tool. It may use browser storage or cookies that it needs for this security check. Browsing the site does not load it.

Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, Cloudflare processes technical information about each request, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. We do not combine this with any other data or use it to identify you. To check for automated tools, Turnstile also reads technical signals from your browser. We only receive a pass or fail, and we use your IP address briefly to limit repeated requests. Cloudflare handles this information under its own privacy policy.

Copying templates into Google, Microsoft and other services

When you click a button such as "Make a copy in Google Docs", you leave our site and go to that service. The copy is created in your own account, and we cannot see it, its contents or who made it. The service you use handles your data under its own privacy policy, for example Google's or Microsoft's.

Email

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to send. We use it only to reply to you, and we delete it when it is no longer needed for that conversation. Email sent to templates@workspacetemplates.com is forwarded through Cloudflare Email Routing to our mailbox.

Children

The site is meant for people using workplace software and is not aimed at children.

Your rights

Because we hold no personal data about visitors beyond any emails you send us, there is usually nothing for us to access, correct or delete. If you have emailed us and want that correspondence deleted, or you have any question about privacy, contact us at templates@workspacetemplates.com.

Changes to this policy

If we add features that change any of the above, such as accounts, premium purchases or analytics, we will update this page before they go live and change the date at the top.
