About

WorkspaceTemplates is a library of 1425 templates for Google Docs, Google Slides, Word, PowerPoint, Notion and automation tools. Most business documents start from a blank page or an old file. We want the starting point to look finished, so you can spend your time on what the document says.

How templates are made

Templates are built with our own design system: a set of themes, page layouts and components that keep typography, colour and spacing consistent. Parts of the process are automated, and automated checks catch problems such as empty pages and documents that run too long.

The people, companies and figures in a template are fictional samples. They show what a finished document looks like, and you replace them with your own. Templates are starting points, not legal, financial or HR advice, so check anything important before you rely on it.

What we believe

• You should see every page before you copy a template.
• You should not need an account to use a free template.
• A template should open in the tool you already use.
• Your work should stay yours, in your own Drive or on your own computer.
