When two brands share a campaign, small mistakes such as a squashed logo or an unapproved colour cause the most damage. These guidelines fix the rules for logo lock-ups, clear space, colour, type, imagery and voice, and say who approves each joint asset and how quickly. Each rule sits beside a reason, so partners understand why it exists and are less tempted to guess.
The sample is for the fictional Ashdown Park Brands, with one primary and two secondary colours, a 24 mm minimum logo width, and a clear space equal to the logo height. Replace the logos, values, voice traits and approvers with your own, and name the email address and turnaround time for partner requests.
Click Make a copy in Google Docs, then confirm on the Google page. The copy is saved to your own Google Drive.
Replace the Ashdown Park Brands name, the logo files and the colour values with your own brand assets.
Update the clear-space and minimum-size rules, and write three voice traits with a real before-and-after example.
Delete the guide page, add the approval email and turnaround time, then share the guidelines with every partner.
