Most SWOT slides end as four lists that nobody acts on. This deck keeps the familiar four-box grid on slide 2, then gives each quadrant a slide of evidence, ranks the outside threats in a table and finishes with a short list of actions, each with an owner and a date.
The sample follows Alderbrook Logistics, a UK haulage firm with £18.4m revenue, 46 vehicles and three depots. Every point carries a number, such as 62% repeat customers, 21% driver turnover and a top client at 34% of sales. Replace the scope, figures, names and dates with your own.
Click Make a copy in Google Slides, then confirm on the Google page. The copy is saved to your own Google Drive.
Replace the scope and date on the cover, then rewrite each strength and weakness with one number or example. Cut any you cannot prove.
Keep opportunities and threats to outside factors only, and move internal items back to the grid.
Pair the top points into actions on slide 8 and give each an owner and a date.
Delete the guide slide, then share the deck or present it.
Yes. The sample is a mid-sized haulage firm, but the structure suits any small business: swap in your own figures and keep four to six evidenced points per quadrant.
No. The organisation, the people and every figure in the deck are fictional sample data, written to show what a well-evidenced SWOT looks like. Replace them with your own.
A plain grid stops at four lists. This deck adds evidence slides, a ranked threats table and an action slide, so the discussion ends with choices, owners and dates.
