Company OKR Summary

OKRs fail when key results are tasks, targets are quietly rewritten and nobody scores until the quarter is over. This template keeps the plan honest: a title block with the quarter and status, a team directory, a scorecard with baseline, target, trend and status, initiatives with owners and dates, and a RACI that settles who decides what.
The sample is a mid-quarter check-in for a fictional company, Brindlewick Services, with four objectives, eight scored key results, a company average of 0.65 last quarter and six initiatives. Replace the objectives with at most five of your own, give every key result a baseline, target and one owner, and score before you comment.

Replace the sample objectives with at most five of yours, each written as an outcome you could picture.
Give every key result a baseline, a target and one owner, then fill in the scorecard and initiatives.
Update the team directory and the RACI roles, and delete the alignment column if you run team-only OKRs.
Delete the guide page, then share the document with your team.
Yes. Make a copy in Google Docs at no cost and edit the objectives, scorecards and owners in your own Drive.
No. Brindlewick Services, its people and every figure are fictional sample content. Replace them with your own details before sharing.
Three to five objectives per team and three or four key results for each. More than that spreads focus too thin, and a score of 0.7 is a good result for a stretch goal.
