Quarterly OKR Review Deck
Slides + PowerPoint11 slides
Free
This free Google Slides template helps an engineering team review its quarterly objectives and key results in one sitting. It covers the work by key result, the scores at quarter end, the confidence behind each result and the lessons for the next quarter. Scores come before explanations, so the review measures progress honestly rather than turning into a task list or a performance review.
The sample is a Q2 review for Saltmarsh Group, a fictional company, with delivery, reliability and quality results and a note on team health. Its names, scores and spend figures are invented. Replace the objectives, key results and owners with your own, then score each result before writing any commentary so the numbers are not shaped by the notes.
Click Make a copy in Google Slides, then confirm on the Google page. The copy is saved to your own Google Drive.
Replace the sample objectives with at most five of your own, each written as an outcome.
Give every key result a baseline, a target and one named owner before the quarter starts.
Score each key result at quarter end, then write the commentary underneath the scores.
Delete the guide slide, then share the deck or present it from the first slide.
Yes, from 0 to 1, where 0.7 is a good result for a stretch goal. Score before writing any notes, so the number is not shaped by the explanation that follows.
No. Saltmarsh Group, the engineers named here, the scores and the spend are fictional sample data. Replace them with your own figures before the review.
Three is a good limit and five is the most. Fewer objectives make it easier to track progress each week and to see which result is at risk.
