Quarterly OKR Review Deck

Free
OKRs fail when the kickoff is a list of tasks or a performance review. This 12-slide deck starts with last quarter's honest scores, then sets four objectives with baselines and targets, explains why they were chosen, names the owners and the support, and sets the check-in cadence.
The sample is a Q2 2027 kickoff for a fictional company, Kettleby Group, after a Q1 average score of 0.64, with 40 key results scored and a £60,000 support budget. Replace the scores, objectives, owners and dates, and keep a 0.7 as a good result for a stretch goal.
Click Make a copy in Google Slides, then confirm on the Google page. The copy is saved to your own Google Drive.
Replace last quarter's scorecard and chart with your own scores, and label them as measured or sample data.
Rewrite the four objectives with a baseline, target and owner for each key result, and explain why you chose them.
Update the owners, the support on offer and the check-in dates for your quarter.
Delete the guide slide, then share or present the deck.
No. Kettleby Group, its leaders and every score, target and budget in this deck are fictional and exist only to show how a finished OKR kickoff reads.
Scores run from 0.0 to 1.0. For stretch goals a 0.7 is a good result, and a team that scores 1.0 every time probably set targets that were too easy.
Three to five objectives with three or four key results each. More than that turns OKRs into a task list. Check in fortnightly and score honestly at quarter end.
