Stale Deal Reminder template for n8n

n8n canvas: weekday schedule, pipeline sheet read, stale deal code and an owner email

Overview

This workflow runs at 8 in the morning on weekdays and reads your pipeline from a Google Sheet. A Code node finds deals whose last update is more than 14 days old and groups them by the owner email.

Gmail then sends each owner one email listing their stale deals with the stage and amount. Owners with nothing stale get no email, so the reminders stay useful.

How to use it

Download the workflow JSON.

In n8n, create a workflow, open the … menu, choose Import from File and select the JSON.

Connect Google Sheets on Read pipeline and pick a sheet with the five columns the sticky note lists.

Connect Gmail on Email each owner.

Run the workflow once with a test sheet, check the email, then activate it.
