Overview

This project timeline template lays out a three-month project as tasks on a weekly timeline, with an owner and progress for each task. The Timeline tab draws the bars, the Milestones tab lists the key dates with their status, and the Summary tab shows progress by owner and how many milestones have been met.

It comes with sample data for an internal process change. Make a copy, replace the sample rows with your own, and the bars, counts and summary update on their own.
