Overview

This RACI matrix sets out who does what on a project. The RACI Matrix tab has a row for each role and a column for each deliverable, with a dropdown for R, A, C and I in every cell, and counts of R and A for each role. The Deliverables tab lists each deliverable with its accountable role, due date and status.

It comes with sample data for a project launch. Make a copy, replace the roles and deliverables with your own, and the counts update on their own as you change the letters.
