Overview

Every Monday morning the workflow reads your customer sheet. It keeps only customers who signed up 30 or more days ago and have no survey date yet.

Each remaining customer gets an email with your survey link. The sheet is then updated with today's date in the surveyed column, so nobody is asked twice even if the workflow runs again.

Useful for

  • Measure how customers feel one month into their account
  • Avoid surveying the same customer more than once
  • Keep the survey timing automatic without a calendar reminder

How to use it

    Download the workflow JSON.

  2. 2

    In n8n, create a workflow, open the … menu, choose Import from File and select the JSON.

  3. 3

    Pick your customer sheet on Customer list and connect Gmail and Google Sheets.

  4. 4

    Replace the example survey link on Send survey with your own survey URL.

  5. 5

    Click Execute workflow on a copy of the sheet, check the results, then activate.

  • A Google Sheet with name, email, signedUpAt and surveyedAt columns, and a Gmail account

Is this n8n workflow free?

Yes. Download the JSON and import it into your own n8n. There is no sign-up and no cost.

Does it include any credentials?

No. The file has no keys or tokens. Connect your own Google Sheets and Gmail accounts after importing.

Can I change the 30-day wait?

Yes. Open the Signed up 30+ days node and change the number of days in the expression.
