Overview

This workshop follow-up template is a ready-made Google Slides deck for teams that need to turn a session into action. It groups the themes, lists each action with one owner and a due date, shows who owns what and sets the check-in dates across eleven slides, in plain and accountable language.

Each slide uses sample themes and owners for Cobbleton Partners, a fictional consultancy, from a March workshop on approvals and reporting. Replace the themes, actions and names with your own, and make sure every action starts with a verb and has one owner. The check-in page keeps the work moving, so keep it in the deck.

Questions

Are the consultancy and people real?

No. Cobbleton Partners, its staff, the workshop and every action are fictional sample content, written to show a finished action plan.

How many actions should we set?

Six to fifteen is usually right. Fewer than six suggests the workshop was too narrow, and more than fifteen means the actions will not all be finished on time.

What if an owner cannot complete an action?

Tell the group at the next check-in, agree a new date or a named helper, and record the change on the owners slide so the plan stays honest.
