Overview

Every Friday at 4pm the workflow asks Todoist for the tasks completed in the last seven days. The results are split into one item per task, then a Code step groups them by person and writes a short digest with a count for each person.

The digest is posted to your team channel in Slack. If nothing was completed, the message says so, which keeps the channel from going quiet without explanation.

Useful for

  • Share a weekly win list with the team
  • Give managers a quick view of what got done
  • Keep a record of finished work without a meeting

Questions

Is this n8n workflow free?

Yes. Download the JSON and import it into your own n8n. There is no sign-up and no cost.

Does it include any credentials?

Why do the names show as user IDs?
