Sprint reviews drift into ticket walk-throughs that stakeholders sit through without seeing the product. This deck puts the sprint goal and its outcome first, makes room for a live demo, reports what was not done and why, and ends with feedback that becomes owned backlog items.
The sample is sprint 24 at Brindlewick Software, March 1 to 12, 2027: 10 of 12 stories done, 34 of 38 points, goal achieved, two stories carried over. Replace the goal, the outcome, the demo steps, the metrics, the feedback and the next sprint plan with your own.
Click Make a copy in Google Slides, then confirm on the Google page. The copy is saved to your own Google Drive.
Replace the sprint goal and mark it achieved, partly achieved or missed. List only items that meet your definition of done.
Swap the demo steps for screenshots or short clips of your real features, and update velocity, defects and test results.
Record each stakeholder request as a backlog item with an owner before the meeting ends.
Delete the guide slide, then share the deck or present it.
The sprint goal and whether it was met, the work that is truly done, a demo of working software, what was not done and why, feedback, backlog changes and the plan for the next sprint.
No. The organization, the people and every figure in the deck are fictional sample data, written to show a complete sprint review. Replace them with your own.
No. Only count stories that meet the definition of done. Show the rest as not done with a reason and where they move, so stakeholders see a true picture of progress.
