Many QBRs read like a usage report followed by a renewal pitch. This deck is organized around the goals the customer set. It opens with a short agenda that leaves time for the customer to talk, recaps the goals, shows results and usage against targets, summarizes support, and previews the roadmap. It closes with next quarter's goals, each with one owner, and four dated actions.
The sample is a Q1 2027 review by Tallowfield Trading for a customer on a $240,000 annual contract: order errors down 31%, two of three goals met, and self-serve ordering still behind at 64% against 70%. Replace the customer, sponsor, goals, numbers, roadmap and owners with your own.
Click Make a copy in Google Slides, then confirm on the Google page. The copy is saved to your own Google Drive.
Replace the customer name, sponsor and the three goals agreed at the last review, then enter the quarter dates.
Paste in your usage, ticket and satisfaction numbers, keep a target beside each, and update the chart values.
Rewrite the roadmap to the items this customer asked for, set one measurable goal and owner for next quarter, and fill in the actions.
Delete the guide slide, then present the deck or share the link with the customer.
A recap of the customer's goals, results against them, usage and adoption, a support summary, the roadmap, goals for next quarter and actions with owners and dates.
About an hour. The sample agenda runs 60 minutes and keeps 10 minutes for the customer to talk, so the review does not turn into a pitch.
No. Tallowfield Trading, Kestrel Outfitters, the people and every figure are fictional sample data. Replace them with your own customer details before presenting.
