Overview
HR fills in one form with the new hire name, role, start date, manager and Slack ID. The workflow then copies your onboarding checklist in Google Drive, so each hire gets a fresh copy with their name on it.
It also adds the hire to Slack channels, emails a welcome note with the checklist link, books a first-day meeting in Google Calendar and logs the hire in a sheet. Connect your own accounts before you test it.

In n8n, choose Import from File and select the JSON.

Pick your checklist file, Slack channel, calendar and sheet on the nodes the sticky note names.

Activate the workflow and share the form with HR.

Questions
Is this n8n workflow free?
Yes. Download the JSON and import it into your own n8n. There is no sign-up and no cost for the template.
Does it include any credentials?
No. The file has no keys or tokens. You connect your own Google, Slack and Gmail accounts after importing.
Can it copy a whole folder?
Not in one step. Google Drive copies files, so keep the checklist as one file or add more copy steps for each document.
