Overview
Each morning this workflow reads your staff list from Google Sheets and compares every birthday and start date with today. Anyone whose birthday falls today gets a greeting, and anyone reaching a work anniversary gets a thank-you with the number of years.
Each greeting is posted as its own message to the Slack channel you choose. On days with no matches, nothing is posted. Dates must be in the YYYY-MM-DD form so the check works.

How to use it

Is this n8n workflow free?
Yes. Download the JSON and import it into your own n8n. There is no sign-up and no cost for the template.
Does it include any credentials?
No. The file has no keys or tokens. You connect your own Google and Slack accounts after importing.
Why is nothing posted on most days?
The workflow only posts when a birthday or work anniversary matches today. Check the dates in your sheet use the YYYY-MM-DD form.
