Hiring plans often name a headcount but say little about why a candidate should pick you or where they will hear it. This deck links the two. It starts with the roles you need, states the employer promise and the proof behind it, turns the promise into messages, assigns each sourcing channel a share of hires and ends on three measures to report.
The sample follows Netherby Foods, a food maker planning 24 hires in 2027 at $4,200 per hire, a 46-day time to fill and 86% offer acceptance, with referrals bringing 35% of hires. Replace the roles, the sourcing mix and the measures with your last 12 months of actuals and rewrite the promise in your own words.
Click Make a copy in Google Slides, then confirm on the Google page. The copy is saved to your own Google Drive.
Replace Netherby Foods with your company and enter your approved roles, hires and reasons in the table on the second slide.
Rewrite the promise, proof points and messages so that every claim is true for your employees and can be checked.
Set the channel shares and the three measures from your last 12 months of hiring data, then update the contacts.
Delete the guide slide, then share the deck or present it.
Keep to two or three things your staff would agree with, such as paid training or posted rosters, and back each with a number that candidates can check.
Use your own last 12 months. The sample splits hires 35% referrals, 30% direct, 20% job boards and 15% agency, but your cost per hire by channel should decide yours.
No. Netherby Foods, its people and every figure in the deck are fictional sample data. Replace them with your own before you present.
