Overview

This template helps you follow your weight week by week. The Weigh ins tab has one row for each weigh-in, with the date, week number and weight. A Lost so far column compares each weigh-in with your first one. The Goal tab holds your goal weight and target date.

The Dashboard shows your start weight, latest weight, total lost and progress to your goal, with a line chart of the weekly average. It comes with sample data. Make a copy, then replace the sample weigh-ins. Formulas and charts update on their own.
