Overview

This template helps you plan the week's meals in one place. The Week plan tab is a grid with a row for each day and a column for each meal, so the whole week is visible at a glance. The Shopping list tab holds what you need to buy, sorted by aisle, with a tick box for each item.

The Dashboard counts the items on your list, how many you have ticked off and how many are still to buy, with a chart by aisle. It comes with sample data. Make a copy, then replace the sample meals and items. Formulas, dropdowns and charts update on their own.
