Overview

The Shift Schedule template is for managers of shift-based teams in hospitality, retail or care. The Week plan tab shows one row per person and one column per day, with the shift time or OFF in each cell. The Hours tab adds up each person's shifts and scheduled hours and compares them with their contracted hours, so overtime stands out in red.

The file comes with sample data for eight staff for one week, so you can see how it works. Make a copy, replace the sample names and shifts, and the difference figures, dashboard totals and charts update on their own.
