Each slide separates commitments from intentions, so customers can judge the direction and how confident the team is in it.

The sample is the customer roadmap for Saltmarsh Engineering, a fictional company, with invented survey results, themes and figures. Replace the themes and items with your own, keep dates out of the deck, and state clearly which ideas have been deliberately left out, so customers can see the choices behind the order.
