Most culture decks list words like integrity and teamwork that could belong to any company. This deck pushes each value down to behaviours people can see, a counter-example and a way of using it in hiring and decisions. It runs from mission and values through a behaviours scorecard, a decision process and a plain statement of what the company is not, then closes on how to join.
The sample is written for Jasperfield Services, a 180-person facilities and IT support firm, with four values and an engagement scorecard drawn from a January 2027 survey. Replace the mission, values and stories with your own, keep to five values or fewer, and show the draft to ten employees before you share it.
Click Make a copy in Google Slides, then confirm on the Google page. The copy is saved to your own Google Drive.
Rewrite the mission and limit your values to five or fewer, then replace each example behaviour with a real story from your team.
Add a what-it-is-not line for each value and insert your own decision and communication norms.
Update the scorecard with your own survey results and targets, then show the draft to ten employees and edit anything they do not recognise.
Delete the Make it yours slide, then share the deck with candidates and staff or present it at your next all-hands.
Four to six at most. The sample uses four, each with a meaning, behaviours and a counter-example, because values that nobody can recall do not change decisions.
Yes. The scorecard and the decision slide are designed to be used, not only displayed. The sample gives values a 20% weighting in interviews so they carry real weight.
No. Jasperfield Services, its staff and every figure and survey result are fictional and exist only to show what a finished culture deck looks like.
