A quarterly incentive only changes behavior when reps understand how to earn it, so the launch deck has to show the rules, the prizes and the arithmetic in one sitting. This template builds that in ten slides: a goal, the rules, the prizes, a roadmap for the launch and a leaderboard for tracking. Each slide has one job, so managers can present the whole plan in a single meeting.
The sample is for Candlemas Trading, a fictional distributor whose team closed $7.4M of new ACV in the quarter against an $8.0M target. The worked example shows $1.2M closed against a $1.0M quota paying $98,000 in variable pay. Replace the quotas, rates and dates with your approved plan, and have finance check every number before you send the deck.
Click Make a copy in Google Slides, then confirm on the Google page. The copy is saved to your own Google Drive.
Enter quota, base and variable pay by role and territory on the goal slides.
Replace the rates, accelerators and prize tiers with your approved figures.
Work one example with your own numbers, and have finance check the arithmetic.
Delete the guide slide, add acknowledgement lines, then share the deck or present it.
Yes. Your own copy of the deck is created in Google Slides at no cost, ready for the plan's real numbers.
No. Candlemas Trading, its reps, quotas and payouts are fictional sample data. Check every rate and threshold against your approved plan before sending it.
No. The deck explains the plan clearly, but legal and finance should issue the signed plan document, and the deck should point to it for the full terms.
