This free Google Slides template helps a seller and a buyer agree the steps between now and signature. Deals often stall in legal, security and procurement, and those steps are easy to leave out of a forecast. The deck puts them in front of both sides, with an owner and a date for each step, so the buyer co-owns the plan rather than receiving a sales timeline.
The sample shows a fictional deal with Calder Mill Health, Vesperly Systems and a 45-day paid pilot, with signature set for June 18. The names, dates and figures are invented sample data. Replace the goal, the decision date and the steps with the wording and owners from your own buyer, then present the timeline and table together in the first meeting.
Click Make a copy in Google Slides, then confirm on the Google page. The copy is saved to your own Google Drive.
Replace the goal, the decision date and the milestones with the wording and dates your buyer agreed.
Put a buyer owner and a seller owner on every step, then check that each date is one the buyer has accepted.
Add or delete the pilot cards and the risk note to match your deal, then review the plan weekly.
Delete the guide slide, then share the deck or present it from the first slide.
Yes. A mutual plan works only when the buyer edits it too. The organisation, people, dates and figures in this sample are fictional and should be replaced before you share it.
Most enterprise plans have between six and twelve steps over six to sixteen weeks. Include legal, security and procurement even when they seem routine.
Review it weekly for about 20 minutes with the buyer champion. Update dates the same day they change, and record any step that has no owner yet.
