Approving a policy is the easy part. HR and compliance teams then have to train hundreds of people, collect a signed attestation from each, switch the old rules off and prove that the new ones are being followed. This plan puts those steps in order, with owners, dates, a rollback plan and a scorecard for monitoring after go-live.
The sample follows Pennyroyal Engineering rolling out a gifts, hospitality and anti-bribery policy to 640 employees in three training waves, with go-live on 1 June 2027, attestation by 10 July and reviews at four and twelve weeks. Replace the policy, waves, owners, dates and success measures with your own.
Click Make a copy in Google Docs, then confirm on the Google page. The copy is saved to your own Google Drive.
Replace the policy name, the number of employees, the go-live date and the sponsor decision on page 1.
Set your training waves, attestation deadline and rules, and assign every task to a named owner with a due date.
Update the scorecard targets and the timeline, and write go and no-go criteria that can be answered yes or no.
Delete the Make it yours guide page, then share the plan with your sponsor and project team or present it.
No. Pennyroyal Engineering, its people, the policy and every figure are fictional sample content. Replace them with your own before you share the plan.
Two to five waves of 15 to 40% of staff works for most rollouts. Start with the teams most affected, and leave a week between waves to fix problems.
Review at four weeks and again at twelve. The four-week review catches missed attestations and training gaps, and the twelve-week review decides when to close the project.
