Internship programme templates

An internship programme document describes how an organization hosts interns, from recruiting through to the final review. HR teams and supervisors use it to give each intern a useful, well-supported placement.

Include programme goals and length, roles and projects for interns, recruitment and selection steps, supervision and mentoring, schedule, pay or stipend and policies, and feedback and a final review.
