Overview

This project handover template is a ready-made Google Docs pack for agencies and consultants that finish a project and leave the client to run it. It covers what was delivered, who holds access, how-to guides, support terms and contacts across six designed pages, written so the client can act without calling you.

Each page carries sample detail for Greystone Digital, a fictional digital agency, handing over a client website and its payments. Replace the people, access list and support hours with your own, and walk each team lead through the guides before you leave. The contacts page should show who answers and how fast.

Questions

Are the agency and people real?

No. Greystone Digital, its staff, the client website and every contact detail are fictional sample material, written to show a finished handover pack.

Should we send the pack before the client has tested it?

No. Test each login and guide with the client first, so the handover pack reflects what they can actually do alone.

How long should support cover last?

Set it in the contract, usually between three and six months, and state the response times and the end date in the support terms.
